There are many products you can buy to exfoliate your face and body. Some are expensive like the Josie Maran Argan Sugar Balm Body Scrub and some drug store brands are quite inexpensive like St. Ives Even and Bright.
Then there are some which are almost free, using kitchen ingredients. I am sharing five kitchen based DIY recipes with you today. They work and you are invited to try them.
I do not invest in expensive scrubs because they stay on the skin for a short time.
Instead, I invest in the long wearing products like day or night cream with high functioning ingredients. Freshly exfoliated skin absorbs their ingredients so much better.
